Michael Hunter for Twists Glass 2016 owl picture cane & murrine cane concentric & panel paperweight

Another fantastic paperweight - part of the new release made by Michael Hunter for Twists Glass in 2016. In the centre of the paperweight is an owl picture cane surrounded by a frame of white canes and then two concentric circles of complex murrine canes the inner being blue and white and the outer containing red hearts. The reminder of the paperweight comprises 10 panels of complex murrine canes, 5 panels containing murrines with stars and 5 panels containing murrines with hearts. The base is scratch signed "M Hunter Twists 16 1 of 1" and has Mike's personal "MH" signature cane and the Twists Glass studio label. It is presented in a white presentation box
